By playing, participating, and/or holding membership at Dragon-Wings Freehold, you agree to any and all of the rules below. If, for any reason, you find any of the rules outlined below disagreeable, you are welcome to protest by sending an e-mail
here. If you proceed to ignore any or all of the rules below without protesting and/or receiving a response to your protest, you will be asked to leave the site. Terms subject to change at any time. It will be assumed that you will have reviewed and agreed to any change in rules.
1. The art on this site is not yours. You may use monsters for tags and profile images, but modification of appearance (such as color) is not allowed. You will not claim the image as your own work, nor will you sell it for profit in any real-world currency.
2. You may resell monsters for virtual currency (such as Scales or WC) inside of the Hidden Crossroads
only, as long as you are in compliance with the trading rules of the Hidden Crossroads as well.
3. Hacking, scamming, stealing, and so forth, will not be tolerated.
4. You will be respectful of other players, regardless of differences between ethnicity, political beliefs, religion, creed, age, gender, so forth. Harassment based on these or any other foundations will not be tolerated.
5. If you are caught cheating, all of your monsters will be confiscated and your account(s) deleted -- regardless of any and all customs held in your name.
6. You may not duplicate monsters. This means that if you trade or sell a monster, you no longer have it. It cannot be displayed in your signature nor your Keep, since it no longer belongs to you.
7. You can
only trade, sell, or RP with monsters that you own. If a monster is listed as retired and you did not get the code when it was available, you cannot
get that monster unless you trade for it.
8. By agreeing to a purchase of any kind, you are agreeing to having the rights to/permission to/ownership of the money with which you are paying. If a refund is requested on the contradictory basis of any of the above (that is, you spent money that was not yours, and now you need it back), the purchase in question will be confiscated, and you will be punished.
9. All terms of service of
ProBoards are in effect when posting on the DWF forums.
10. All terms of service of Hidden Crossroads are in effect when posting on the Hidden Crossroads forums.
10. You can expect to post all opinions and thoughts without fear of retribution, if done so in an inoffensive and mature manner.
11. All persons under the age of 13 have been given parental permission to join and play this site.
